DUTIES
Buyer
may use seller’s trademarks in its business, with seller’s consent and
approval, during the term of this agreement. No rights or interest in these
trademarks shall accrue to buyer and buyer’s right to use the seller’s
trademarks shall cease on the termination of this agreement. Signs and other
advertising material identifying buyer with the seller shall be removed from
display by the buyer, on termination of this agreement, and the buyer shall
return such signs and advertising material to the seller on request.
This is a UCC-buying and selling provision. It is designed to supplement UCC buying and
