If you feel you did not obtain your discount, contact our office, and our Provider Relations staff will assist you. It is important for us to determine the type of case you have, as some contingency arrangements do not provide for any further discount. We will then contact the attorney to determine that the attorney is aware that you are entitled to a discount, and remind them of the agreement to do so. In most cases that is all that is necessary.
