TO RENEW AGENCY BY AGENT
This
contract is valid for a period of __________ years from the date of execution.
However, the principal reserves the right to terminate the agency by giving

if, the agent is not providing a sufficient volume of business from the
territory assigned. The principal may
also terminate if the agent has been disloyal or has failed in any way to
