EMPLOYEE NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT

IN CONSIDERATION of employment by
____________________ (hereinafter referred to as Company),

termination of employment with said Company, I shall not compete with the
business of the Company, its successors, or its assignees. Neither shall I directly or indirectly
undertake or assist in the solicitation of any customer or account of the
Company existing during the course of my employment with the Company.
COMMENCING ON THE DATE OF EMPLOYMENT TERMINATION,
this
non-compete agreement shall remain in full force and
