The agent is hereby given the authority to sell and

other covenants included in granting a deed.
The sale will include credit terms, and as the persons or corporation
acting as agent shall see fit, the whole or part of any lands, or tenements

The agent is further given the authority to make payment
of all mortgages, taxes, and other related charges that may be a lien or charge
