TRANSFERABILITY OF RIGHTS-AUTHORIZING TRANSFER

Either party to this lease agreement may assign that party’s rights under this agreement, but such a transfer will not materially change the duty of either party or increase the burden of the risk imposed on the other party to the lease contract.

This is a UCC Leasing provision. It is designed to supplement UCC
