OPTION TO RENEW AGENCY BY AGENT

This contract is valid for a period of __________ years from the date of execution. However, the principal reserves the right to terminate the agency by giving __________ days written notice _____________ (Form of Delivery) to the agent if, the agent is not providing a sufficient volume of business from the territory assigned. The principal may also terminate if the agent has been disloyal or has failed in any way to comply with the terms of this contract.
