RELEASE PROVISION

RE-EMPLOYMENT AS CONSIDERATION

Releasor understands that the sole consideration for which this release is given is the re-employment of releasor by releasee. Releasor will receive no sum of money from releasee other than any sums that may have been paid prior to the date hereof. Releasor also understands that there is no agreement on the part of releasee, or any of its representatives, to continue the employment for any length of time, but releasor is simply reinstated and allowed to work under the same circumstances as those existing before the incident, with respect to which this release is given, took place.
